For processing companies, we provide raw materials such as minced meat, various processed meats and standard cuts - reliably, predictably and in high quality. We are also happy to fulfil special requirements (e.g. specific cuts, fats, fine cuts) after consultation. We use our FOSS analyser to determine the lean meat content of our products and guarantee the desired lean meat/fat ratios.
Part of our range is deep-frozen to optimise shelf life and logistics. This allows us to guarantee freshness even with longer transport routes or storage conditions. Our frozen products undergo strict temperature and quality controls.
