Head of operating technology
Tasks
Development of a maintenance plan for the operating sites
Planning the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing machinery and plant technology for the operating sites
Ensuring the timely planning of all repairs and maintenance work at all operating sites
Management responsibility for a team of 8 employees
Purchase of spare parts
Coordination of external companies for repair work and investment projects for the operating sites
Supporting the management with technical questions
Your qualification
Experience in handling production systems (such as conveyor technology, packaging machines, etc.)
All-rounder with technical training (HTL, technical college, LAP as locksmith/machine fitter/electrical technician/MSR technician or comparable training)
High operational readiness
Experience in the professional and disciplinary management of employees
Independent and quality-conscious way of working
